Lady Jayne Product Trial Program

Terms and Conditions

1. By completing your details in the Facebook form you are agreeing to receive free sample product from Lady Jayne for test and trial purposes. The sample product is not for resale and cannot be redeemed for cash.
2. McPherson’s Consumer Products will send the sample product to the mailing address you have provided when signing up. Please ensure your postal address is correct and complete.
3. Entrant(s) agree to receive email communications from Lady Jayne relating to the trial program and other brand updates including but not limited to new product announcements, exclusive online offers and news from the Lady Jayne HQ!
4. Participation in the program is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Only one (1) application permitted per person. Applications open on Monday 22 November 2021 and end on Sunday 28 November 2021 inclusive. Application period are subject to change at McPherson’s Consumer Products’ discretion.
5. McPherson’s Consumer Products will select fifty (50) participants to be product testers. McPherson’s Consumer Products’ decision is final. Each participant will be provided with a Lady Jayne product. The exact product will be determined by McPherson’s Consumer Products in its absolute discretion.
6. Each selected participant agrees to participate in the program in consideration of receipt of the Lady Jayne product. During the Trial Period, participants must use the Lady Jayne product in accordance with its instructions and consider product warnings.
7. At the conclusion of the Trial Period, participants must then submit a review of the product to Lady Jayne. Participants warrant that they will respond honestly in relation to the products they test, and any review provided will be a true reflection of the participant’s opinion and not influenced by McPherson’s Consumer Products. For the avoidance of doubt, reviews can be positive or negative, and this will not impact a participant’s ability to remain part of the program or keep the product.
8. By entering, the entrant or entrants agree that Lady Jayne may use entry materials for any promotional purposes. This may include but is not exclusive to placing your entry on Lady Jayne's Facebook, Instagram and website. For any content that you submit, you grant McPherson's Consumer Products Pty Ltd a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you.
9. McPherson’s Consumer Products collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the trial program. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the program. By entering the program, unless otherwise advised, allows the Promoter to use this information, in any media for the purpose for public announcements IF they are chosen to be a participant, without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to McPherson’s Consumer Products at 105 Vanessa St, Kingsgrove New South Wales 2208 Australia. All personal information collected will be in accordance with the McPherson’s Consumer Products’ Privacy Policy.
